What does it cost?
The hire of the hall includes all heating and lighting, the use of the tables and chairs, the audio visual equipment and the kitchen facilities along with some basic china, and cutlery. If you require full / partial china place settings or tea sets these are available but please note that there is an additional charge for these

Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Bank details for online payment CAF Bank- sort code 40-52-40 A/C Number: Village Hall Mickleham No 00005176. Alternatively, cheques payable to Village Hall Mickleham can be taken. Cancellation fee ( if less than one week's notice is the full cost of the let.
Please note that a booking will only be considered definite once a completed booking form and the appropriate payment.
* A reduced rate is available for residents of Mickleham & Westhumble or for local organisations hiring the hall for a private function. This rate is not available for a local resident hiring the hall for an outside individual or organisation.
Regular user is defined as an individual or group who book the hall for a series of sessions.
** Tables, chairs, china, and cutlery are available for you to hire for use in a venue other than the hall, but priority is given to hall rentals. It is the responsibility of the hirer to return china & cutlery in a clean condition.
You may serve alcoholic drinks ( in accordance with UK law ) but if you wish to sell drinks you will need specific permission. See Hiring Agreement Form for more details.
In order to comply with our public entertainment licence, all events must end by 11.30 pm unless an extension has been arranged.
Teenager's parties - Hiring agreement to be signed by a parent.
Astroturf trainers, astroturf football boots, or any other type of football boots are prohibited from being worn in the hall.
